The Concord Metropolitan District is located 22 miles south of downtown Denver in unincorporated Douglas County.  It was formed in 1998 and is governed by a five member elected Board of Directors. CliftonLarsonAllen LLP provides management and accounting services, Jansen Strawn provides engineering services, landscape maintenance services are provided by Design Scapes and Intergroup Architects provides architectural review services  for the District.

This website offers information about the District's programs and services. The Concord Metropolitan District is a master-planned community supporting business, retail, educational, and healthcare providers.
